Ladies and Fellas,
Here are some training updates for everyone. Listed below is the mileage you should be able to do this weekend according to what races you are planning on running. Don't get worried if you are behind and planning on running the half marathons. Your first main goal to hit is to be able to complete 3 miles easily by the first weekend in January. If you are running the full Nashville Marathon you should try to get on track. Your chances of injury increase when you have to up your mileage to quickly.
Knoxville Half Marathon - 3 Miles (completed fairly easily)
Nashville Half - 3 Miles (perhaps with some difficulty)
Nashville Full - 5 Miles
Keep up with running 3 to 6 days a week and doing some kind of exercise 5 to 6 days a week. If that doesn't make sense let me know.
Also, we are planning on doing a picture and running together this Saturday. Whose in?
