Runner's World Article on Holiday Training


Below is the link to an article on training during the holidays.  It has some pretty good insight about what to do when you are busy or just want to enjoy your holiday.  It also talks about how much time you can afford to take off and still maintain your fitness level.  Check it out and hopefully it will help you in training over the next couple of weeks.


Sarah and I are out of town from tomorrow December 22 through January 2.  When we get back we will pick back up with group training and hopefully make some good progress on fund raising and corporate sponsors.  Enjoy your time with family and friends, I am looking forward to the Spring.
